Virtual Event Steps - Overview of Working in the Virtual Events Step Type

Creating a New Virtual Events Step

  1. In Path creation mode, click on "Add Steps" and choose "Create from Scratch"
  2. Click on "Create" in the Virtual Event box. 


Add Zoom Meeting Information

Please Note: At this time, only the Zoom video conferencing platform is supported. 
  1. Create a meeting on the Zoom platform
  2. Copy the meeting ID number from Zoom
  3. Paste the meeting ID into the Meeting ID text box in Paths
  4. Include the meeting password (if needed)
  5. Set the meeting date, time, and duration

Saving the Step

  1. (optional) Add a cover photo.
    1. image size: 1872 x 800px, (.png, .jpg, .jpeg, .webp, .bmp, .tiff)
  2. Click on "Create" when you are ready to save the Step.
