How to Log In to the PATHS Platform


This article will guide you through the login process for the PATHS platform.

Most of the time, you'll be invited directly to a specific Path by an administrator from your doctor’s office, hospital, or other organization. The invitation may come from that organization’s email address or from admin@villagepaths.com.

Regardless of who sends the email, here’s how to log in:

🚶‍♂️ Step-by-Step Login Instructions

  1.  Open the invitation email and click the link to your Path.
  2. You'll be taken directly to the PATHS platform, where your assigned Path will appear.
  3. On the left side of the screen, click the blue “Start the Path” button.
  4. Enter your email address when prompted, then click the blue “Continue” button.
  5. Check your email inbox for a six-digit “magic code”. (⚠️ Please see important note below)
  6. Return to the login window (without refreshing or navigating away) and enter the code.
  7. You’ll be logged in and can begin moving through the Steps assigned to yo


⚠️ Important Tip: Don’t Navigate Away!

Please do not close or click away from the login screen
 while checking your email for the code. Instead:

  • Use a second device (like your phone) to check your inbox, or
  • Open a new browser window or tab.

Navigating away from the login screen will invalidate your code and force you to start over, which can lead to a frustrating loop.
