Logging In to the PATHS Platform
This article will guide you through the login process for the PATHS platform.
Most of the time, you'll be invited directly to a specific Path by an administrator from your doctor’s office, hospital, or other organization. The invitation may come from that organization’s email address or from admin@villagepaths.com. Regardless of who sends the email, here’s how to log in:
🚶♂️ Step-by-Step Login Instructions
- Open the invitation email and click the link to your Path.
- You'll be taken directly to the PATHS platform, where your assigned Path will appear.
- On the left side of the screen, click the blue “Start the Path” button.
- Enter your email address when prompted, then click the blue “Continue” button.
- Check your email inbox for a six-digit “magic code”. (⚠️ Please see important note below)
- Return to the login window (without refreshing or navigating away) and enter the code.
- You’ll be logged in and can begin moving through the Steps assigned to yo
⚠️ Important Tip: Don’t Navigate Away!
Please do not close or click away from the login screen
while checking your email for the code. Instead:
Use a second device (like your phone) to check your inbox, or
Open a new browser window or tab.
Navigating away from the login screen will invalidate your code and force you to start over, which can lead to a frustrating loop.
