Audio Steps - Overview of Working in the Audio Step Type

Creating a New Audio Step

  1. In Path creation mode, click on "Add Steps" and choose "Create from Scratch"
  2. Click on "Create" in the Audio box. 

Linking a Soundcloud Podcast

  1. Click on "Add a link to an audio file" 
  2. Go to sound cloud and copy the link of the audio file to your clipboard 
  3. Paste the link where it says "Paste SoundCloud audio link here..."

Acceptable File Formats for Upload

  1. Must be an audio format 
  2. Users are able to upload Spotify and Apple Podcast links as well as SoundCloud 

Uploading an Audio File

  1. Choose "Upload an audio file".
  2. Click on "Upload audio". 

Saving the Step

  1. Add an audio name and description of the audio you are uploading (required)
  2. Add the duration of your audio file (may populate automatically for certain files" 
  3. Add a cover photo (optional) 
  4. Click on "Create" when you are ready to save the Step. 

Editing an Audio Step

  1. To edit the step at anytime click on the 3 dots next to the step
  2. Click "edit" 
  3. Make any necessary changes following the directions above
